terrill ChatMaster - 1,000 Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 1,478 mississippi, usa.	These appear to be the "splash pans" that go along the side of the engine between it and the frame. The one with the holes are for the exhaust pipe and the crankcase breather. I do not know if these fit your car. take a measurement and compare.
