There is a deduction for anything that is not original. The same car is worth more points with zero accessories vs the same car with an incorrect accessory. Not sure about how much is deducted as no real interest in judging myself.

A car with NO accessories will have the same number of points deducted ffor 'flaws" than a car with 20 GENUINE Chevrolet accessories. Incorrect and after market acessoris will result in point deductions for each bogus accessory.
Genuine Chevrolet accessories will not add or subtract points and each car starts out having 1000 points.

If the skirts are not genuine original and the judge nows the difference points will be deducted.
