Just wondering what kind of set ups have ya'll used? How was the original accessory mounted and what kind of watt or candle power were they?

Find an Accessories manual and take a look at what was offered in 1947. Remember, lights were not as bright then as today, so your backup light would only be useful if you were in a rather dark place. Stay stock!

I think I saw them in either CoF's or The filling station, but there is an under dash switch with a knob that has a clamp type bracket. No holes to drill.

There are companies out there that make 6 volt LED bulbs that will plug into our sockets and will be a lot brighter than stock bulbs.
