I have a source for a 1928 Chevy 4 door sedan interior kit. Will it fit a 1927 Chevy 4 door Capitol body? I'm thinking that it may, as the Capitol went into 1928. But my thinking gets me in trouble, so as my wife says 'ask first".

Hey Eric, sounds like a good idea. I think dimensionally the 27, and 28 are very close. Most of the length change from 27 and 28 was in the area of the cowl forward. If the kit has been cut a little large then you should have a little leeway for adjustments in its fit. If you can work a deal as to the fact you are taking a risk that it may not work then go for it. Art

I think there were significant body changes from 27 to 28. I believe the 28 body was lower and wider as well as slightly longer. Those with more knowledge will chime in I'm sure.
