Well, I've decided to replace the rocker panel...and the rear quarter panels.

Looking at Chevof40's.....Filling Station.....Car Shop...... (Impala Bob only starts at 1958), and a couple other places.and boy do they cover the gambit from $75 to $175. The difference being "regular" panels vs "superior" panels. If "superior" panels are oem 18 gauge then what gauge is the "regular" replacements??

I prefer not to do business with the West coast folks so who is some other names I am not aware of that is on your list for 1950 parts? So if you have any suggestions or recent experience throw it out to me. I need to get this booger on the road so lets hear it.

Definitely decided to go with EMS.
Haven't received the panels yet.. ordered several. A little pricey on some panels but at least they are correct gauge and make in USA....and EMS is a thousand miles closer to me!!!!
