I am looking for a copy of the "Chevrolet Repair Manual" 1929 -1932. I do not believe Filling Station has it, but I might be wrong.

I have attached a picture of the cover for reference. I was told it is the most detailed manual for servicing these cars. Any leads to a copy would be greatly appreciated!

I have a reprint of the 1929-32 version and find it lacking for 29s. What year are you working on? Year specific is best your best bet. There is one for 1929, one for 1930 and I have seen a 1932 only version. I expect there was a 1931 one as well.

Yes, there is one for 1931 only. First edition was effective on and after March 1, 1931. The copy I have was reprinted 1977. Found it on eBay.

Doing a web search under Chevrolet Repair Manual 1929-1932, there appeared a couple of possible sources. Take a look at (vintageautotools.com). select Publications, Chevrolet. The manual you seek is the 12th one down. I do not know this company, but you might give them a call.

I have a few '31s. I will keep an eye out for a 31 specific.

The afore mentioned shop manuals are $18.00 each and the owners manuals are $16.00 each. We also have the 1929-33 Chevy shop manual CD which includes all the manuals for those years for $28.00. With the CD, you can print off what you need, take it out to your shop and don't have to worry about getting it dirty. These are all authorized reproductions by Dave Graham.
