Glad that you joined us.

That will be a tough part to find. I do not think that was an accessory offered by Chevy. I think it was truly an aftermarket part. Do you have the correct fender with the well for the tire?

As a courtesy to the other forum users, please make sure to turn off your Caps Lock. In the world of computer communications that is interpreted as shouting at someone.

You might also want to post your request in the Stovebolt forum, That group is more focused on Chevy trucks.

I agree that you are looking for an item that appeared later and was adapted to earlier trucks. I think they first showed up when the van customizing craze came on and spares were moved from inside the van to a mount on the back making the need to dress them up a bit. Is this kind of what you are looking for? https://www.amazon.com/Tire-Covers/b?ie=UTF8&node=15706681

Rusty, Thanks for your info on the cap lock, will do in the future for everyone , I feel the same way on the item that this may be aftermarket. Will try the stove bolt forum as suggested.

Also you might check conversion van sites or in the wrecking yards. Most Ford, Chevy and GMC vans had the spare mounted
on the back door and used metal covers as an appearance item.
