I have a 1970 suburban panel and the paint code is a 514 light red, it also has a 668 black vinyl trim.

My question is that the glove box (inside and out) is a different color. The VIN number matches the tag on the inside of the glove box. this did not look like it was ever repainted.

The best way to describe this color is the light brown used on filing cabinets.

My Question - is there two colors used in 1970? The outer color then a separate color for the inside? Is there a color code for this brown?

Any help will be appreciated.
