I have asked this once before, but thought I would try again.

Does anybody know of any 1931s that have been correctly painted color code 67 (Tan/Brown with deep red wheels). There are lots of sales literature that shows drawings of cars that color and I have found black and white factory photos of cars that color. I just have not found any color photos that show the colors.

This might be the colors you are looking for, although its a Landau Phaeton.

Also, I can't really tell, are those genuine Chevrolet tire cover?

Yes those are the correct 1931 accessory tire covers. Not many exist and they don't fit some of the replacement tires.

Photo obviously was taken at a meet. If it was the Anniversary Meet in Flint the car should be listed in the vehicle roster for the meet. Might get another clue from the license plate state and then searching the VCCA membership database online.
