Hi!
I am in need of the sliders or brackets that mount to the floor of my '37 Chevy coupe. Does anyone know where I could find these animals?

On my 1936 the driver side had tin plates with a small pop rivet holding them to the carpet. some had onto rubber mat. The seat held by bolts onto metal loops on the floor in front that did not move. Only the rear posts moved over the tin strips. The passenger side did not move. It had leather patches sewed on where the back seat post contacted the floor. I have two bucket seats and not a bench seat. So I do not know what type seat or seats you have. Maybe this will help.

What happened to your old ones, missing or rusted away? I have an old seat, don’t know if hardware is on it.

Most of these were thrown out as the mat wore out. They just slid on the floor. Under the driver seat was an adjustment. The pull up leaver was located in the back left side near the backrest. When this leaver was pulled up the bottom of the seat could slide along the track located under the seat bottom. The front seat leg attachments were not moveable. The rear legs along with the seat bottom and backrest would move as one unit. The passenger side was not adjustable. This was on the split seat system. On the bench seat someone else will have to describe how it worked.

I bought the car partially disassembled and half restored and I can't find anything in any of the parts bins that came with the car that look as if they would connect to the small rails on the front bottom of my bench seat. If anyone has a pic of them would be helpful in several ways as maybe I can locate what I need or just fab them.

The front seat adjusters will fit 1937 ans 1938 only and a full bench seat only (not bucket seats)I can send you a picture from the parts book - will require your email address.

Thank you all for the response. Joneses was able to send me pics of the hardware and I was able to locate everything in my multiple bins of parts.

Sorry for the delayed response. Been busy working on my ”˜37 coupe and other projects.
If you need more pictures PM me and I will send what I have. I took quite a few before I removed the seat in my car to re-stuff the padding.
