What is the correct length of the running board trim for a 1938 Chevrolet Master Deluxe? I have seen several of them different lengths. Are they the same for 1937, 1938, and 1939?

77 3/4" long. 7/8" wide are the dementions for a 1937 and 1938.......Both ends speared the same. If one end is pointed and one end square or something like that they could be for a 1934-1935 or 1936.
Eventually the 1934,5 and 6 was discontinued and the 1937-38 sold as a replacement.
The 1939 is very narrow and 1940 quite wide.

Gene, my Master has the trim shape stamped into the side of the running boards. Is the stamping the same size as the removable trim?
