Hi.
For my 1919 project I ordered hood seals, which obviously is for a later model, announced as for 1923 Chevy. That is a bit thick for a 1919 hood, although I used it on my other 1919.
Does anyone know what was used as a seal between the hood and the radiator rim - body engine room rim?

How thick/wide do they need to be? They would be anti-squeak or lacing more then seal. There might be some other options out there.

While might not be correct, how about using leather?
