What should go here? This obviously isn't right. You can see I have a few problems...color, the joint at the bottom, etc.
This sounds like it...but there is no hole for the mirror (and the description is confusing)
https://www.chevsofthe40s.com/detai...d_Interior_Center_Divider_Stainless.html Thanks
PS...that's a picture of my great grandmother (the original owner) and my grandmother. Thought it'd be nice if they come along for the ride.
Oh...and Mike...that knob over on the left turns on the wipers that work like a champ. You should send your motor off :)

The dash looks nice, however it is not the correct woodgrain.

Hi Scott, I have your missing parts at the top and bottom. Looks awesome. Imagine how happy your mom and grandma are or would be at all you've accomplished!!! Best wishes, Mike P.S. For those who wish to comment on all the wrong things in my two pictures, bless them. Please add it to the long list of my transgressions.

Scott You should have a pieces of garnish molding that covers both the top split ends and the bottom split ends of of your windshield garnish molding. As for your rear view mirror install the hole for mine is 3 inches down from the upper garnish molding. I have a '40 so your measurements may be a little different. Mike Buller may have the garnish pieces you need as he parted spare cars when he restored his '41..

Thanks Mike(s). So I need three pieces? Top, bottom, and the middle piece that goes over the current central divider? I will message you for a price. Or...re-reading...it's just top and bottom. The middle piece wasn't painted appropriately?

Hi Scott, Here are the 2 pieces you are missing rescued from a local junkyard. Sadly, the place has been stripped of generations of hundreds of old cars by the most vial of man made contraptions the car crusher. I will PM you for shipping and pricing and to see if you would like them in their current condition or sandblasted. Best wishes, Mike

Hi Mike, They arrived and l look great. I assume my black divider needs to come out and get the faux wood grain as well.

Hi Scott, I'm not sure what you mean by "BLACK DIVIDER?" The only thing black is the rubber. Glad you got them in a reasonable time. The USPS is having problems with sick employees and meeting previously normal time lines. Thanks, Mike

This black divider. It is screwed thru the rubber to the center exterior window brace Just 100% making sure that plus the pieces you sent need to be painted to match my dash

Thanks Rus. Don’t get why something that visible got half assed.
