Does anyone out there have a picture or drawing of what the kickdown switch set-up looks like for 235 6-cylinder cars and trucks? I'm pulling together the small parts I need to install an o/d tranny on a 235, and I'm not sure of what the bracket and throttle linkage looks like for this application. The parts book only has a picture of the V8 parts. Also, is there anything different about the throttle lever on the carb, or the linkage itself? I noticed that on the V8 engines, there's a secondary bracket that attaches to the throttle lever to actuate the kickdown switch. Any help is appreciated.
