From what I found online the 228 was used from 39-52 and the block casting is 6107326. What is the truck serial number?

The 2136477 is correct for an early 228 . I could not find the block number you listed. The "E" in the serial number indicates it's a 46-the "C" = conventional cab and 10 is for a 1/2 Ton. The last five are the sequence numbers.
