VCCA members have access to a list of over 50 Technical Advisors who can help you with your car. It's worth the price of membership! While you can get a lot of information for free in this forum, sometimes the info that you REALLY need is only available from the right person. This is what "The World's Best Chevrolet Club" is all about!
That sounds like a real interesting piece you have. Don't think I've ever seen one.
I hope you get it identified and evaluated. Might be worth a whole heap of moola.
Next time the Antiques Roadshow is near you, I'd take it in and let those knowledgable folks see it. No matter what they say it's worth, act surprised.
Hi Jed, I bought one of those ashtrays on ebay about 20 years ago but the seller didn't have any information. The glass is a beautiful dark blue and looks spectacular in full sunlight and mine has a white Chevrolet bowtie printed in the centre. I will take a photo later today and try and attach it in a post. Michael.
YEP! SOUNDS LIKE IT...MINE ALSO HAS THE WHITE LOGO WITH CHEVROLET PRINTED... IT'S A REALLY SUPER ITEM...FRUSTRATED THAT I CANNOT FIND ANY INFO ON IT - OR ABOUT IT...I'LL KEEP SEARCHING... THANKS MICHAEL!!!
I COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO ATTACH MY PHOTOS...I THINK EVERYONE WOULD REALLY ENJOY SEEING THE ASH TRAY...

Great to see your interest in old Chevy's and that you have joined us.
You might want to consider turning off the CAPS LOCK on your keyboard. In the world of internet and text communications using all capital letters is sometimes interpreted as "SHOUTING" at a person.
Hope you are doing well through all this craziness.
I found the information below on the internet, maybe someone in the U.S. could verify the company who made them and the dealer. The ashtray looks like a very expensive item for just one dealership to commission.
"Chevrolet "BOW TIE" dealer advertising promo ashtray I am told just a few of these were made by the Louie Glass Co. in Weston, West Virginia circa 1960's for then local dealer Feeney Chevrolet. I live in Weston, and this is only the second one I have seen. It measures about 9 1/2 inches in length, and is 3 1/2 inches wide. Has a rest for a pipe also. Condition is very good, has rub marks on the bottom, no chips or cracks."
