I can-not figure out how to get my stock 46 throttle linkage (216 motor) to connect to "new" 235"!

hits 235 exhaust/downpipe flange thats racked back 45 degree..
where 216 exhaust is straight down

..& how do you post a pic on this?

...gave up a year ago to work on another car...

Hi Frenchy,

In order to post a photo on the VCCA server you have to be a member of the club. This is one of the many benefits of belonging to the club.

However, if your photo is online somewhere, you can post a link to it using the Full Editor when composing your post. Look for the "Use Full Editor" link at the bottom of the Quick Reply window. Then, choose this icon ([Linked Image from vccachat.org]) to post the web address of your photo.

Cheers, Dean

I may not remember this correctly. I had a 235 as a spare if my 216 gave up. I think there was a boss on the 235 that was in the same spot as the 216 bell crank. I thought it would need to be drilled and tapped to use the 216 linkage.
