How do I locate a post by post number?

I don't think you can search on just a post number.

I used Steve's search criteral ("8 volt battery") and found post number 412027 (which was not posted by Junkyard Dog) Here's a link to that post (JYD's post is under that): https://vccachat.org/ubbthreads.php/topics/412027/re-8-volt-battery.html#Post412027

It is interesting that if you Google vcca 412027 it brings you to the thread in question.

Cheers, Dean

I did find the post using Steve's method also. Very interesting. I am still baffled as to why my generator has such low output.
Your Google method is great. We need an easy way to help people find older posts.

I forgot that Google search would be quicker. Maybe the Chat search feature should be a Link to Google.
