Pat, That job number is not listed in my 1941 Master Parts Catalog. I don't know if other GM divisions used Job Numbers, so it could be something besides Chevy. In Chevy terms, the 31009 would indicate 1931. From what I can see of the hood, it looks like '48-'52 Ford (Mercury) truck.
