i removed the door moulding 45 years ago and fortunately still had it stowed in the garage with the car...after looking at the trim clips available at classic, it didn't jog enough of my memory...
the fore and aft clips are held with screws accessible when the door is open with a screw and cup-like washer installed like a dome...these screw into a plastic clip that is roughly rectangular?..
and I have a vague recollection about the clips in between...the classic reproduction moulding sets suggest that they are clip with a tail...are these metal or plastic?..push in or with threaded stud?..I sure don't remember removing the door cards back then, but it was a long time ago...
