OP confcoach Shade Tree Mechanic Joined: Jan 2005 Posts: 91 south dakota	Are the crankshaft and main bearings on a 1932 and a 1929 engine interchangeable? If not, are the main bearings interchangeable?

Junkyard Dog Tech Advisor ChatMaster - 25,000 Joined: Nov 2001 Posts: 29,863 Eagle Point, Oregon	The 1929 and 1930 crankshafts are the same. The 1931 crankshaft is a one year only, and so is 1932. The main bearings are the same from 1929 to 1931. The 1932 main bearings are different. The Mangy Old Mutt "If It's Not Junk.....It's Not Treasure!"
