Finally moved past the point of total disassembly to at least getting a couple coats of epoxy primer on the body. All metal work is done and I am quite pleased with how minimal the actual body work will be.
These pictures are primer only and we've since done the underside in a medium grey epoxy over this black epoxy so this will be the final coating on the underside since there will be 4 coats of epoxy so will outlast me for sure.
I'm so relieved to get it sealed in epoxy. Blasting cleaned it up great but really challenging to work with a naked blasted body lol.The epoxy looks almost like the car was dipped in plastic.
Definitely appreciating Dean's approach to keeping Lurch and Justin in their honest patina state as this is a lot of work!

Thanks Tiny, That might be a plan or even seeing individual pictures might help at that point with the details on them. Someone had replaced mine with woodgrained panelling in the 50's or 60's.
