I have a 37 amp Delco-Remy # 1100693 alternator right now on a 1966 Chevelle with a 283 2 barrel carburetor with an automatic transmission. Is this the correct number for the alternator for 1966?
Here I am with 21 different years of Chevrolet Master Parts Catalogs, and not one of them is a 1966.

It is correct for a "non-air conditioned" car.
What are you doing with such a modern vehicle?
