Good afternoon,
I have a 1932 Chevrolet Confederate Coach.
The engine is shot in it.

I would like to know if a 1936 Chevrolet 207 engine would be a bolt in option to the existing transmission and motor mounts.

It is not. It would be best to rebuild the original engine.
