I was wondering if the exhaust manifold on a 1938 Chevrolet can be ceramic coated? I've never had a car judged and while I'm restoring my car I want to do it right.

The manifolds were installed on the engine and then painted. The intake paint stayed but exhaust burned off likely before loading on the transport. Cast iron high heat paint is probably the best to apply but light rusting "should" not cause a deduction. I write "should" as that is the way judging should happen but doesn't always!
