My 1942 AC book lists the Fram C-21 same as the AC- C-23 or S-16...Also described as for AC Military junior filter.(nothing to do with the army)was just a smaller AC filter from years ago.Do you have the demensions of the filter element-including the center hole?

My 1967 AC book says a Fram C-21 crosses over to an AC P-115. May be easier to find today.

And the modern Fram replacement for a AC P-115 is a Fram C4 - which is available at most local Checkers Auto Parts stores.
