Not absolutely sure but I think the two picture are of a 1932 Chevrolet Deluxe Sports Roadster with '36 steel wheels. Spare tire hold downs are not stock. Pictures taken 1942.

I'm new to this forum and I'm sure there are a few that can identify this car.

Wonder if 18" tires particularly white walls were hard to get in 1941 so used later model. Of course that was a way to distinguish your car from all those other 10 year old models. Mud flaps and trunk added as well.
