216 This screw is just to the left of the fuel pump and just above the oil pan. Must hold something inside the block?

There is a small metal splash shield inside the block held by 2 screws (one might be inside). It's approx 2"x2" with a curve and it appears to be to deflect oil away from the breather draft tube.

It holds a little deflector in place that is inside ofthe block.It keeps from throwing oil out of the road draft tbe and leaking on the ground.
A new feature for 1936.
