I have taken on my brother's project, a 1958 Delray 2dr sedan (6cyl/pwr glide). What is the clip to attach the corner molding on the windshield? The clip was rusted away and I have no idea what it looks like and have exhausted all internet options of where to source one. There is a bolt hole in the A-pillar where a bolt goes thru, I assume it secures with a speednut. Does it look similar to the 1957 clip or does it look like a side trim clip? Can a 57 be modified to fit? I am about to have the screen installed and would like to attach all the moldings at the same time. Please help - this car is rapidly doing my head in!
