Your only chance is to purchase new and oversize lifters. Try Egge Machine.

Theoretically you could have your lifters spray welded to a few thousands larger and then ground down by a camshaft shop. I don't think I have ever heard of anyone doing it but it should be possible. Might be spendy. When they spray welded two lobes on my camshaft to get a little more lift it cost $25 each.

Ok looks like you can get your worn lifter bores resleeved ,moral of the story is (cheak the play in the lifter bores with a lifter after the block has been cleaned by engine reconditioner not before) seems water has gotten in around the lifter when this old truck sat for years under a tree, and some ,maybe most of the play now in parts of the lifter bores is from rusting, and that surface has been removed by the cleaning of the block.we drove this motor for 500miles with only a mild weep from the lifters and that was with a lot of crankcase blow by.now we have no blow by but now have bad oil leaks, all part of playing with 90+ year old worn out motors i gess

There are places around that do hard chrome plating on such things as hydraulic rams. It may just work.

Im getting one lifter repaired plus 2 thou over size by a mob that repair hydraulic rams $20 AU,each which isnt too bad,if it stops or makes the oil leaks minor i will get the rest of them done, should be done this week.
