Re/ the parking brake return spring for a '37 Town Sedan that attaches to the shaft underneath the transmission.
I have the return spring and I know which leg on the shaft to which it attaches.
To what does this spring attach to beyond this shaft?
I am unable to find any photos or drawings to show me where this spring attaches and what parts I am missing.
Would someone direct me to some information or send me photos that will help me with the installation.

There is a wire link between the pivot arm for the parking brake and the spring and which mounts on the exhaust hanger bracket.
Hope the picture helps. Tom

For better coverage you might also want to post in the 1937-1941 forum.
