Last year I bought a 29 rolling chassis from a young man at the Portland swap meet. On that frame was an attachment that I thought was homemade. Upon further investigation it was for a large trunk. This year he brought the box. Someone identified it as a "Karry Keen" box and said he would really have something if he had the mount. He convinced me I needed the box for $20. On that car frame is a set of overload springs between the frame and the rearend. Does anyone know if these overload springs would be a part of the kit? Not the rebound plates, these are about 4 " tall. The frame was so nice with traces of original paint. I mainly wanted the rearend.
We are going to take him, his girlfriend, and his kids on a tour this summer trying to get some younger people into the hobby.
