I'm in the process of rebuilding a 1954 Suburban.
Now it is time the put the body on the chassis. It came off many years ago (ca. 15 years).
I have all the bits & peaces still, but I can't remember where to put the wooden blocks, other bolts, etc.
I tried to find a sort of exploded view in the 1947-1954 Factory Assembly Manual, but this section is not in the manual.
So I need help where to put the bolts and wooden blocks.
Any help will be appreciated.

Jos

Most of the Advance Design truck guys with accurate information have left the VCCA Chat for the greener pastures of the Stovebolt Page.

Post your Suburban question over on the Bolt.... there are guys waiting to answer your questions.

Tim is also a moderator over on the Stovebolt Page.

He is one of the " heavy hitters " when it comes to accurately answering technical questions for 1947-1955.1 Advance design trucks.

Jos......Look up member " tclederman " on the Stovebolt.

We have "made contact", MT and Greg

I lost 50 lbs over a ten year period. I am no longer "heavy".
