When I have time I enjoy watching Mecum auctions.
I have YouTube set up on our TV. Much better than watching on a computer.

I notice especially with the Dodge products. They always have the production numbers for the car.
1 of 4 built
1 of 2 with a automatic
1 of 1 with that color.

Which got me thinking. Can you get production numbers for Chevy vehicles ?
Are only certain years available? Or models ?
So how do you go about getting this information if it is available ??

It would be nice to have for my vehicles.
But the main reason I was wondering.
Is the wife is looking at a 64 Corvette tomorrow. Which has been parked for 37 years. When the lady died. The husband keep it in the garage.
I do not believe there is anything rare or special about it.
Just never got into Corvettes. So this will be a first.

Anyway, let me know.
Thank you.

The 1 of 4 build is a bunch of B.S. to drive up the price. A mass prduced car would not be made in quanities of 4.

There is quite a bit of detail on Corvettes and their options. A 64 would have a tag with some options spelled out and the engine if original to the car will have its option or type code stamped into the front pad.

I would give this site a look to get started; https://www.ncrs.org/forums/index.php

Good luck

Dave
