Just wanted to confirm that 1994 model year is eligible for class ovals/awards judging this year? Asking because I noticed on the upcoming July Central Meet registration form it says "1993 and older" are eligible. Assuming this is a typo? Thanks,Jim

Jim, you are right. 1994 is eligible for Judging or certification. Remember that '95 and '96 are eligible for display on the field. Thank you for reminding us. All regions should update their flyers for meets. Time does fly.

I am trying to find the date and location of the 2020 Central Meet so I can take it there. I never thought I would own the same vehicle this long but we have also had our '74 Nova 24 years. The Nova only has about 63,000 miles on it The Suburban has just over 103000.

There is a Southern AACA National Meet at the same time as the Central Meet. Shall I go North or South. I live between. There is always something. I have about given up on Meets in favor of Touring.

I gave up on Meets a long time ago. My ego doesn't need the trophies, plaques and ribbons that only sit in a box in the attic. Or certificates in the file drawer for that matter. Doesn't excite me to sit around telling the same stories to people who are not really interested. Maintaining older Chevrolets so the general public can see them as they were built and used may excite them to own one in the future.
How Sweet the roar of a Chevy four!

I do have the Muscle Car Tour with our '74 Nova with VMCCA on our schedule for 2020 out of the Shack in White Cloud, Michigan. That is a one day drive from home.
