We are trying to remove the horn ring on a 1954 Chevy. We were thinking that you held the horn ring in the center as hard you can and turn it to the left. That isn't working. Any ideas? I appreciate all the help I've received on the forum.

Carefully remove the PLASTICK CENTER CAP. iT CAN BE PRYED OUT BUT DO NOT CHIP THE EDGE .....Remove the three screws under the cap. Thats all. ok
