How would one determine the correct arch to put in the front and rear springs for a 1929 Sedan? I would like to do it correct prior to installing in the car.

If you were near me in NSW Aus I could recomend a firm locally that would remanufacture or reset your springs but I have no doubt there is someone local to you that can do the same trick.
I dont recomend trying to do it yourself as most methods dont work at all. For the few extra dollars replacement units work out better in the long run and dont sag near as much as the originals because of the quality of the modern material used.

I spoke with them at a show in Carlisle, PA. They seem to be very good. chevy

Thanks for the info. I would still like to know how to check the arch prior to installation. Does anybody know?
