Not sure if correct terminology but I believe it would be a spun Babbitt rod or Babbitt bearing. My accelerator got stuck and this was the end result 2 rods are loose one more than the other.I dropped the oil pan and found the 2 damaged rods .I measured the crank and the low spots start at .006 to .016.The engine has about 700 miles on it . How and can I replacee the parts or modify to insert bearings if possible .

The same thing would have happened if you had insert bearings. The problem is the engine was over sped. The engine with dippers gets good oil circulation to the rods under 4000 RPM With no load you were posibly 5000 RPM. That combined with still tight bearing and cold oil could burn out (melt the babbitt) in the bearngs. Inserts are babbitted also.
From your numbers you will need two rods and either a crankshaft or have the present one turned under size. If it is already under sized the babitt would have been thicker than the original, another factor for short bearing life.

mongol, I would pull the head and pull the pistons after cutting the ridge from the top of the bore. Then call Egge Machine Co. in Santa Fe Springs to find out if they will turn two throws on the crankshaft and pour two bearings.

That would not be necessary for an engine with only 700 miles.

Not speaking for Gene here, but I think he was referring to cutting the ridge at the top of the cylinder. With only 700 miles there would not be a obstruction ridge yet.

If I got this wrong, Gene, I apologize.

Yes, not necessary to cut the riddddge as there would be no ridge after 700 miles if the engine was rebuilt.

The problem with turning the crank journal still more will require addiing still thicker babbitt to the rod. An early 216 already had thick babbitt and adding more leads to short bearing life. That is why Chevrolet never offered under sized connecting rods.
