I bought a 42 chevy last March and found out that the 216 has a cracked block! I'm hoping it can be repaired but if not then I will be searching for a new engine. I'm located in upstate NY near Rochester. Does anyone know where I can locate another running 216 for my baby. Here's a pic of her. (The previous owned put those red block checy letters on each side of the hood. I bought the correct scripts and will be replacing the red lettering soon!!)
