OP chevyimp65 Grease Monkey Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 2 chicago, il	i'm looking to have some (not major) restoration work done on a 65 Impala Convertible - minor cosmetic work, paint touch up, re-chroming, suspension and a little body repair. Looking for a reputable resource in the Chicago area - but have been having trouble finding one. Any suggestions or restorers, or links to webpages that could help me find one would be appreciated. Thanks.

Does good work (at least on my '40 Chevy ), J.C.Classic's 6011 75 th st. (that's hwy 50 ) Kenosha 262- 697 -8362, ask for Paul .He's not the cheapest guy around but does good work and keeps you informed and shows you the why's and wherefors of what he's doing b/4 he does it so you have an elective the work .Good luck with your project !!! john

They just finished work on my '56 Bel Air. Owner Dave Cross is great to work with. They are not cheap but they do quality work.
