Hi all! I am new to this site and hope that someone can help me find some information..... I recently picked up a '64 Impala 2-DR HT from my brother that was purchased new by our parents in November 1963. It has been off the road now and in one of my brother's garages for about the last 8 years. As I start the restoration project on this car, I was looking for some GM or Chevrolet Motor Division or other site that, if I provided them a VIN, they would have build data/component and accessory data/dealer sale data, etc., on this car. Anyone know of such sites? Thanks.

D.D. I did a search for GM Restoration packet and came up with a 1 800 number for a packet for Chevrolet trucks, you might try it and ask about a packet for your car. That is the best I could do. hope it is helpful in some way

If you join the VCCA, then you'll be able to ask these questions of the Technical Advisor for that year. Most of them have a fair amount of information that they are willing to share. You can read more about this at: http://vcca.org/advisors.htm Also a personal comment about the club can be found at <Here>
