hey i just purchased a 67 stepside with a 307 ci. Not too sure what all is done to the motor yet but it does have corvette 2.020 heads but not too sure what else. I have seen it run in drags and it was like the 7th fastest around. Bought it for 2000 dollars. Anyone know about the 307? Any ideas or info will help

That engine had a 3 & 7/8 inch bore (same as 283 but shared the 3 1/4 inch stroke crank shaft with a 327. The engine is ok, but seemed to have a lot of valve guide problems early on.
