Shouls I buy roller rockers? And do I have to change anyghing else, or just the rockers?

For a stock engine - I would save the money.

If you running a high lift cam, then the rollers will benefit you in reduced friction and improved guide life.

Many times, the rollers will not fit under a stock valve cover - depending on who made them.
