Hi. The 1924 490 superior engine I plan to use in my 1924 Sedan seems to be very worn.
What is the max recommended bore considering "normal" rust in the cooling channels?

Typical max over bore is 0.060". If bore walls haven't rusted too thin and there was little core shift during the casting process then 0.100" may be possible.
