Hi folks, is it possible to remove and replace the cylinder from a 28 locking handle?

There should be a pin crossways on the steel shaft. It needs to be carefully tapped out and if the lock cylinder is not frozen in the bore the whole thing should slide out the handle. Usually the cylinder (pot metal) swells locking it in tight and you could damage it trying yo get it out so be careful.
