Can anyone tell me if lock cylinder can be removed from handle on 39 and is this the lock cylinder code T 19646 might be a re pop ,Thanks in advance.

The cylinder can be removed and a new handle would have came with no cylinder .
A GM code (key number) would have ranged from 8000-9000 areas.

Gene ,I was told it couldn't Cylinder couldn't be removed once put in,Removed pin and cylinder and shaft all slid out do I have to have a key and unlock cylinder to get shaft and cover off ,Let me Know,Thanks Bob

The key needs to be inserted so the locking bar drops down and then the cylinder will slide out. You may need a locksmith.
