My capitol doesn't have an oil hole on the back of the universal joint housing but has a grease nipple, it also has a two part sprung clam shell cover over the joint between the UJ Ball assembly and torque tube which i haven't found in the manual or on any pictures on the web. So were the earlier cars grease filled or oil filled ( with grease gun i suppose)?? thanks Allan.
