What do I paint my inner fender? Gloss black? Semi flat/Semi Gloss black? How about RAD support? REAR inner fenders? Wish I had seen one before they bough a rattle can.

Semi-gloss would be most correct. They were not a high gloss but had some shine. Same for the core support and rear inner fenders.
The area on the rear body covered by the fenders was painted body color because the body was painted with no fenders.
