Anybody know what is going on with them. The last times I have called I get ans. machine. I bought the Wayne valve & side cover kit from them but I never got them. I was at Steel in Motion a gasser drag race and car show in S.C. and I found a set New . The man I bought them from used to be a distributor for Patrick's, his last set . I called in May and asked for a refund never got it I talked to his wife one time she said she would send me a check but it has not shown up now when I call no one answers. I even tried to swap out the refund for his 2 in 2 out muffler but he can't get that either. Sounds like nice people but they will not send me my money back, it had been over 2 years that I ordered them.The man I got them from told me the company in Fl. that is selling the Edmonds stuff and the 97 carburetors has bought the name rights from under Patrick's and that is the hold up but Patrick says no. Now I just need my money back I need to buy some last, I hope parts for my 37 Coupe so I can finish it .

I know Denise Patrick was on FACE BOOK, so was her son.
I t would good if you could ask her for a refund, in the eye of the public

If you paid by credit card call the provider. I had a similar problem and IF they are still accepting credit card sales the credit card company can have a bigger influence than an individual.

I really did not want to make this post but I first came to know of Patrick's after I had posted about my 37 rear gear ratio here, I was not a VCCA member at the time. He posted back that he had lower gear sets for my car, I called him a really nice guy told me how to put the later gear set in my car in great detail. I later found out if you have a straight axle you have the lower ratio so I am just leaving that alone. He sent me a catalog and I bought some parts from him including the Wayne set I was hoping he would see this and send me my money.

You can also file a written complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Go to their website (www.bbb.com).
They can and will mediate. Good luck.

The Stovebolt Forum has posted that Patrick's is out of business. Seems that the transfer of the business to his son did not work out very well.

It's a real shame but things happen, Death in the family, sickness and maybe family members that just
don't give a dam. I've purchased many things from Patrick's over time and never ever had a problem with
them. I wish them luck with there struggles but now it's time to move on !
No one knows what really happened , All speculation ?

If you are still owed parts by the business, you still may have some recourse by calling the phone numbers listed on the posted notices.
