Or are you referring to his memorial? He just passed so a memorial wouldn't have been published yet.

Okay... I recall that it also included his "bright" green Landau.
If someone remembers the issue, I might be able to pull up a copy. Although if it was since 2011, it should be online in the Members area of vcca.org.

I believe the article you are looking for was in March 2015. It was written by Pat Halford. After the article came out, I got permission from Pat to use it in applying for the Lee Iacocca award for Ralph. They responded that Ralph would be a excellent candidate for the aware but has discontinued giving it out.
